Processing time can take 3-7 business days and delivery takes10-24 business days. Weekends are not included in business days.
Customers will be receiving an email when they place an order and also when processing it’s done. The second email will provide the tracking number.
International Orders can take between 2-6 weeks for processing & delivery.
We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Yzg1688.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once scanned as delivered. If you have not received your order by the 2nd business day after it has been scanned as “Delivered,” please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim with them.
We find that carriers may accidentally scan a package as “Delivered” in error. This is often resolved at the end of the day and almost always within 2 days.
In rare cases your tracking number may show your package as ‘Delivered’ when it is still ‘In transit’ or delivered to an alternate location. We recommend looking out for an “Attempted Delivery’ notification or card left by the courier at your address.
In the circumstance that your order shows as delivered but hasn’t been received, we would recommend taking these steps:
- Checking your secure/safe locations around your address, such as porches, sheds, behind the gate/bin or anywhere that a delivery driver may have found access to.
- Checking with your nearest neighbour(s) who may have kindly accepted the parcel on your behalf.
- Checking at your local post office/pick up point by taking your ID and tracking number with you.
Customer is responsible of contacting us within 2 days if the package was marked as delivered but it was not received. We will send you instructions to help you locate your package. Please make sure to contact us the same day if possible, because otherwise we will assume the package was actually delivered to your door.
If a package was not delivered because the customer provided incorrect shipping address, then the customer is responsible of paying a new shipping fee for us to resend the package. If the customer doesn’t want us to resend the package, we have to wait for the package to get returned back to us so we can issue a refund excluding shipping fee. Please be very careful when providing shipping addresses, or if you gave us wrong address, you can contact us right away, and we’ll update the shipping address for you.

We want you to love our product! If you don’t, yzg1688.com will gladly exchange or refund eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

ELIGIBILITY: Items must be in original condition—unworn, unaltered, with tags attached and all original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUNDS: Qualified returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost to return the item(s). Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES: Qualified exchanges will be issued an exchange credit code for the current value of the purchased product. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost to return the item(s). Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
CONDITION: Returns that are damaged, worn, or missing original packaging and tags cannot be accepted. If we receive items in this condition, the return will be rejected, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to them.
RETURN LABELS: Each return label issued by yzg1688.com is unique to the items requested. Do not combine items from different orders or add extra items not included in the original return request, as this may cause delays in processing or impact your refund.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to use the correct order number and label, as yzg1688.com is not responsible for lost returns sent with the wrong details.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within approximately 2 to 6 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
