- Swirling device:

In order to improve the efficiency of dust removal, it is necessary to appropriately improve the circulation absorption liquid flow, if the use of nozzle liquid supply mode, the flow is not easy to meet the design requirements, while the water quality of the circulation liquid has strict requirements, coupled with the impurities in the circulation liquid to the nozzle wear, therefore, the nozzle failure rate is high, the spray device of the equipment adopts nozzle-free liquid supply mode. The use of large diameter nozzle can achieve large flow liquid supply, and there is no strict requirement for water quality, at the same time, equipment wear is basically zero, so the failure rate is low, operation and maintenance is simple.
- Dewatering and defogging device:
In the wet flue gas dust removal system, there is a strong heat and mass transfer process between gas and liquid, most of the absorbed liquid returns to the circulating water system, and a small amount is taken away by the flue gas, resulting in high humidity content of the flue gas. To this end, the dewatering and defogging device developed by our company is widely used in the purification device. The device has been successfully used in the flue gas treatment project.
